Agreed. The site plan hews pretty close to that of the existing Forbes Building, so perhaps there are restrictions on footprint expansion.
 
This sucks. It's arguably not even an improvement over what's currently there, in which case -- in a city in the middle of a housing crisis, on a planet in the middle of a sustainability crisis -- we're better off not needlessly tearing down the existing building.
