It's a wierd mixture of DCR, MassDOT and city property that is really hard to navigate who does what here.I wonder if they'll clean up that scuzzy intersection. That weird Freeport Street merge into the rotary is a mess. Leaving aside the terrible quality of the road itself.

Im liking all of the infill finally spreading out from the core in to the neighborhoods especially Allston and really now picking up in dorchester too. It finally feels like that housing weve all been waiting for is coming and its not just all high rise condos anymore but actually something people will see and realistically be able to live in.
(*pssst!*) Red Line infill across the street. Pass it down. . .
Page 7 is interesting because they've misrepresented the scale of elevation between the buildings and 93/X-WAY to the detriment of the building. The elevation is a solid 20+ ft difference which makes me less concerned about sitting next to a highway. Afterall, it doesn't seem to have a serious negative impact on more urban projects - Troy, future 7 Ink, etc.
