I seem to be ok with this, except for one small(large) detail. The fence around the green space. Why is it so intimidating? In what context does this area need defensive architecture? That thing is going to be expensive to install properly...what about a few more trees and some hedges?

That green space is an existing city park/playground. Has nothing to do with this project.
