Amsterdam's new underwater garage for 7,000 bikes just opened.

Located at the central railway station, with connections to the subway, tram lines, etc. A second smaller bike garage is still under construction on the other side of the station. It will not be under water.

It's an impressively large facility. I don't think I would like the slowness of entering or leaving. I'd rather ride down and up the ramps, then be stuck standing on a slow moving, automated bikeway.
