...is there a list of any new mid-rise towers (300-499 feet) to be constructed in Boston? Obviously, the past decade saw a good number of 500 footers go up, and clearly that cycle has ended with South Station being topped out or very close to being topped out. However, I think 300-500 footers are actually the main driver of creating urban density since most cities will always have more of those than the taller buildings.
