This is the Aero on Admiral development at the corner of River Avenue and Admiral Street.
The project will add 46 new apartments along with ground-floor commercial space and resident amenities. Developments like this increase housing inventory and continue changing the look and feel of Providence’s neighborhoods.
Whether projects like this have a meaningful impact on affordability is something that will continue to be debated, but one thing is certain…Providence is seeing more multifamily construction than it has in years.
