I was there last weekend on business and was very impressed. Nice mix of businesses, hotels, restaurants (City Works) great cityscape layout with string lighting. There were so many people walking around, very lively. Only drawback was the tight traffic flow but other than that, very impressed.

Home Depot buys Watertown site for $72M

“Home Depot Inc. has paid $72 million to acquire a large chunk of a Watertown property that hosts one of its stores, though a Boston real estate developer continues to have preliminary approval to put a lab building on part of the site.”
