Why just 8 stories of residential? It seems like a waste of space when it could easily be 20+ stories.
 
Really does need to be taller. Also, I'm baffled by that last picture. Are those arrows of regret? Aspirational heights? Looks to be uniform height across the development...

Makes sense that the residential portion leapfrogged the Block 7A Office, but I'm perplexed on why they aren't going tall again. Didn't the last round of condos sell out very quickly and the apartments rented fast as well. The "Revolution" filled up pretty quickly as well with much lower construction quality even for big rents. I wonder if the shorter building was required by the land swap agreement.
