Along the back. The driveway leads to building 2 in the back that is "home ownership" (terminology? do they mean condos?) driven. Something Brighton has been asking for at all projects.

Building 2 at the back lot of Avlion. I think what is meant by home ownership is "affordable condos". Nothing fancy, just something to get us started.

It is connected to The Overlook development so its not really at a back lot. Check out Monastery Path down to Warren Ave. This is old school steps for the length of 2 football fields.

Fun fact: this little hilltop campus of St. Gabriels, the hospital, and Brighton Marine is what David Foster Wallace turned into his semii-fictional Enfield in Infinite Jest. In light of the fact that the book is considered one of (if not the) most significant works of literature in the 90s, I'd love to see some kind of small monument/acknowledgment somewhere around there.

The grout joints are recessed pretty deep on the upper floors, nice effect. Over all nice mix of materials.

I wonder if well see the fidelis way public housing complex redeveloped next a la the bunker hill projects. Everything else around it has been developed at an astonishing rate so it would be the most logical next step.
