Oh dammmmnnnn...this one is tough. Just kidding, it's #1 (Apple Store) by far.

Once again, I rested my decision on urban planning, rather than architectural grounds.

I think 1330 Boylston does more for its neighborhood as one building than any of the others could claim - even 303 Third, which will help Kendall in the long run but which, for the moment, stands dreadfully alone. FP3 is by far the best architecturally, but it's a really limited intervention.

Yeah this was a hard one. I had to go with Battery Wharf tho. 303 would have been my #2.

FP3 was my favorite building, but I'm going with CZ's thinking and voting 1330 because of what it (hopefully) will do for the Fenway neighborhood (it's also a nice building).
