I mean as far as misaligned window offenders this one isnt bad at all.

One thing I do like about the building is it appears to have windows that can be opened, sun shades on the windows, and a very solid structure with minimal glass, so this should be very efficient and require much less air conditioning. We need to be building more buildings like this.
