I went up to Mount Moosilauke in NH to check out the foliage on Saturday, Oct 16. While the trees looked beautiful, most of the views were very... unexpected. Here's some of the better pictures, shown in the order that we hiked it.

You lucky bastards. Excuse the language, but that's what I miss most about New England-the snow.

I usually snowboarded at Wildcat. A few years back, they got 10' in late October, but the rest of the year was just average or below average. So I'm trying not to get my hopes up, although, they have enough snow to do some skiing now.
