Jumbo, there is "architecture" and then there is the Ipswich Street Garage. There is no intersection on that Venn Diagram.

Oh I know. I'm just bitter about the lack of preservation in the Fenway recently on other projects.

Great stuff! My only concern from this video is if there is ever a need for a swift evacuation of this building. There will be hundreds, if not thousands in the building and there seems to be only a few very narrow street level exit/entry ways.
 
We'll have to wait to see the finished project, but the material palette feels really diminished from the rendering.
