Yeah, a few months ago here I called it “Dead Man Walking”. It’s only a matter of time. Excited to see what goes there next. I’m guessing lab. Normally I would also think residential, but too much raucous nightclub/music/sports entertainment right in the face there.
 
It's all calculated for efficiency and daylighting, but those daylighting systems are really distracting from the rest of the building. The two popped-out glass curtain wall sections with the large grid of fins and shelves looks foreign to an otherwise well-done building.
