Project Description: Boston Development Group (the “Proponent”) proposes to redevelop an approximately 2.56-acre site at 375-399 Chestnut Hill Avenue adjacent to Cleveland Circle. The existing buildings on the site will be razed and replaced with a mixed-use development that includes approximately 236,500 square feet of hotel, medical office, residential and retail space.
