Holy shit. So three surface parking lots within walking distance of the T are getting replaced by dense, human-scaled buildings intended for different income-levels (including homes that are attractive for families, the lack of which is one of the Seaport's biggest flaws). . . and there's ground-floor retail and park improvements, too?!?!?

This is exactly what needs to happen all over the city.
 
Build it now! And they have all those proposed ones there in the image as well. Jeez...
