Brady Sullivan, the developer, has done numerous mill conversions to residential use in RI. The American Tourister mill in adjacent Warren was one of their projects.

If my memory is right, this project will also include a harbor walk around it and the old Armory(now harbor master) which will come out by the Elks.

That small gray building is the Elks Club. The US Coast Guard Station is to its right.
