At first glance, it looked so nice that I figured it must be a refurb of a pre-war building that I just hadn't remembered being at that location. Build this today!
 
I like it... though I wish the old CBT vestibule at 110 Canal didn't block this from going up against the tall wall to the north.
Another missing tooth in the streetwall and 30w x 10xd x 16 floors space (4,000 sq.ft.) that won't be on the market or taxed.
 
Would be better as residential. There’s at least 3 hotels in this area already.
 
Now THIS is "urban"! Hell, they even incorporated a roof cornice on it!!!!! Finally, an enlightened developer.

Bravo. Boston should never shy away from being a CITY.
 
I'd say this development is almost there... but I still think Boston deserves better quality. Not crazy about the glass lobby section, but overall a nice project.
