Yea freaking run of the mill condos starting at 900 thousand dollars. Its insane where were at.
If youre spending 6-8k a month on a condo Im sure the $285 HOA is the least of your worries, but damn… theres basically no grass here, no gym, no pool, no janitor, no receptionist… are they really paying $285 a month each just for trash, a tiny bit of plowing for the 5 storms we have, and their miniscule amount of grass? $41,040 a year total into the HOA for that? Jeeesus.
Besides all that though they at least look nice. The pastel rowhouse combo always looks good imo and I wouldnt mind having a lot more that look exactly like this sprinkled around the metro area, the colors are really warm and vibrant without looking tacky imo. You see these rowhouse/condo type things being built everywhere in the maryland, virginia area but up here its not that common unfortunately and now when they do pop up theyre a million freaking dollars.
