Beating kz to the punch here since what I take photos of most regularly are cars. I'm more a racing fan than just a car guy so everything skews in that direction, but I also have seen some impressive road cars in my day. I'll post more of those later, but here are my favorite shots for now.

I just said "oh my god." out loud at that pic of the F1. Just one of the absolute greatest cars ever made.

I'm more of a street legal car aficionado but I do watch Formula 1 and NASCAR (lel) so I can get down with all of it.

I also for the very first time drove on an autocross course down at the Xfinity Center, and I had a choice of cars to drive -- I went with the 911 GT3 RS because I asked for which car was the least computer-y/most analog, and the guys there said go with the Porsche.

This day they had the Porsche, a Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Huracan and a McLaren.... I think 675LT?

This be me

And this be me driving. It's really, really, really, really FUN.

I pushed that thing, and alllll those hours spent watching racing and playing Forza made me feel very at home

And then here's a random assortment from recent years

Not only do I like the high end stuff, but even the more mundane cars that are now rare will catch my eye, like this late '90s LH platform that some gentle soul has kept in absolute mint condition

Late 70s Caprice Coupe with that expensive sculpted rear glass

R32 sedan!

Dynamic duo

Seen in the Seaport back in October, a brand new C8 with blade doors

And last for now, this Z32 tWin TuRbO lives a mile down the road from me. I swear it didn't move all winter and I'm VERY tempted to be that guy and leave a note saying "name your price, call me." Somehow that's my favorite color on my favorite '90s sports car so it must be rescued!!!

Sorry, this is the cleanest angle I can get on it

Finally, to pick up on DZH22's post about cars and skylines, here's one I recently came across as I've been on a real JDM kick as of late

Stopped in at the Saratoga Auto Museum on the way home from Lake George. They have a quite relevant Radwood exhibit right now, plus my beloved race cars. Neat little place.

Ok that's a freaking Bugatti EB 110 and a freaking Jaguar XJ220. Amazing how they're pretty much completely forgotten about vehicles these days.

As a Honda sponsored event, the new Civic Type R made it's public debut

There was also a Civic Type R parking corral. I'm a Ford guy, and the boy racer stuff is a bit too much for my tastes, but some cool cars nonetheless.

The Lime Rock IMSA race always has a great parking lot. Went over to take some photos of the Ferraris...

...when I saw the ultimate flex amongst them - a Pagani Huayra just rolling up and making the Ferraris seem so plebian.

Lime Rock Historic Festival today. Corvette was the featured marque, and GM obliged by sending over a murderers row of concept cars.

So I've spotted this second gen Intengra in my Whole Foods parking lot a few times now, and piecing two and two together I found out what worker owns it and got talking to him. Cool guy and he's going to keep modifying it but do it tastefully aka not rice it out to hell and back.

Went to my first proper car show in far too long, and it was the Japanese Car Day at the Larz Anderson museum. The older I get the more I'm drawn to the JDM stuff, so upon seeing this on the events calendar months back I made it a point to get to this one, and it did not disappoint. I was a bit surprised by how much of the cheaply modded tuner/ricer/fast-n-furious crowd was here, but oh well. I wanted to see the true Japan-only stuff, and there was a decent amount of that but not quite as much as I was hoping for. Either way it was a gorgeous sunny day, everyone was in good spirits, and I ran into a friend I haven't seen in at least 7 years who happens to own an Acura NSX and she was there displaying it, LOL.

MIDSHIP DOHC TURBO EXCITING MICRO COUPE!!!

Suzuki Capuccino

Cleanest early '90s Accord I've seen in ages

Honda Acty

Mitsubishi Delica

Toyota Mark II

My personal best-in-show, Mazda's executive luxury sedan, the Luce. Or as one guy there put it, the car for the "midlevel Yakuza boss"

Toyota Sera with a terrible pinstriping job

Isuzu Stylus LOL

Trueno-ish

Nissan Figaro

1990s perfection

Well that explains where the Toyota Soarer and various other WRXs, etc. that passed me were headed on Sunday! Not a full on Japanese car guy as I'm partial to American muscle, but definitely some good stuff there - I recognize a few of those cars from shows I've been to, the white GT-R specifically. The Figaro I've seen a bunch - I believe that car is based out of the Bedford/Carlisle area.

Car stuff from Florida. Hit up both the Don Garlits Drag Racing Museum and Motorsports Hall of Fame of America. Also encountered a car show while at Daytona, the FLA hot rod scene is eclectic to say the least.
