Chinatown Infill and Small Developments

My family found an AirBnB on Harvard Street in ChinaTown. This seems to be across the street from one of the few HUGE surface parking lots in downtown Boston. Does anyone know if any development is planned for this parking lot bordered by Tyler, Harvard, and Hudson Street? It's kind of hidden and I never really noticed it before. The arrow points to the approx. location of the AirBnB.

Lol why is that half ass retrofit needed? Did they screw up on some ada requirements?

That building has been unfinished for what, 5 years now? It's sat there in approximately the same shape since mid 2020. At least the fence came down; hopefully this signifies some progress in finishing it. It's a shame that a pair of decent looking if apparently decrepit row houses were torn down for it - the sale apparently caused no little controversy when it first went through for displacing Chinatown residents.

That building has been an embarrassing design since Day 1. Totally wrong materials for the area. Low budget project.
