Hmm, this is pretty odd.

Will a comedian hall of fame really be able to keep up with the taxes here... That's what killed off every other place that went in there lately. I can't imagine a huge pull of people. Will they plan to hold comedy nights or something? That would get people there and even coming back.

PS: The website sucks. What is this? 1999?

I've heard they are talking about a restaurant, performance space and hotel to go along with the actual Hall of Fame museum. who knows if it will work but this massive site has been vacant for too long and kudos to them for giving this a shot.
