Probably will just get tacked on to Pan Am's normal Everett runs since they serve more business there than CSX does. Unless you've got an eye for picking out a refrigerated boxcar from a non-refrigerated boxcar on some Lowell Line freight consist that's not going to be the same kind of eventful photo-op as seeing Purple Line colors chugging around the shores of Wachusett Reservoir.
 
I caught the equipment Shuttle today going north through Worcester in Gateway Park today. It was amusing seeing Downeaster rolling stock in Worcester.
