“At its September 23 meeting, the Dedham Planning Board has unanimously approved mixed-use developments at 359 Washington Street and 50 & 49-57 Bridge Street following the public review process and hearings.

Key project details include:
🏠 122 total residential units, including 17 affordable units
🏢 More than 9,000 square feet of office and commercial space
🚗 157 on-site parking spaces
🚲 Secure indoor bicycle storage
🌳 A 12,000 sq. ft. publicly accessible riverwalk park along the Charles River and a 1,500 sq. ft. neighborhood parklet
📈 An anticipated increase to the Town's tax base (more than $200,000, estimated)

The 359 Washington Street project will redevelop a long-vacant property in Dedham Square. The Bridge Street projects will redevelop the former Moseley's function hall properties and add housing, commercial space, public open space, and riverfront access.
