New 'transit-oriented' housing development opens in Pawtucket
A new "transit-oriented" housing development is officially open in Pawtucket.turnto10.com
Studios start at $1750 and there's some 2's at $2650. Which sounds low... until you realize you'd need to pay up for the $400 CR pass. Not to mention the time cost of living so far away.
Plus they also charge for parking, but it's $50.

Nothing you say here is untrue, but, the immediate surrounding market has already roundly dismissed the drawbacks you cite here, relative to the advantages. Do you really think this apartment complex is going to struggle to recruit a critical mass of tenants?
(Also, there is this widespread practice of employers heavily subsidizing employees' CR passes...)
