No activity since the gas station building was cleared almost 2 months ago. but the backhoe has been sitting there ever since.

But in the last few days a 'coming soon' sign went up with renderings...

Gonna be a decent new street wall here hopefully soon.

Well, almost a year of inactivity. Fence went up in December. 'signs' went up in July.

Well this week we have activity! More signs. Yeah, that's about it. . I talked to the works, and they are just 'the sign guys'. Two new signs up on the corner with the same building advertisement, and they replaced the green graffiti covered viewblock with a new blue patterned one. NO clue if that means work might start, or people will just complaining about the graffiti. Who knows...

Any takes on when this thread finally closes because the building is built.. first proposed in 2013....
