I never knew there was an East Elm St. in Everett! I knew of Elm St. that starts at Woodlawn Cemetery.

I would call Everett the City of the Future. It's not looking back, but looking ahead.

Nice design with cheap materials. My takeaway from this is Alcubond doesn't have to be so bad if you use conservative colors and a single repeating scheme.

Loose zoning; Chelsea you need way more approvals. Chelsea also has a very poorly structured and thought through IZ ordinance. Everett dramatically weakened theirs.
