A public meeting will be held on Monday, January 26th from 6-7:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency Boston (One Avenue De Lafayette) to discuss Emerson College's proposed renovation for its Little Building. This meeting is being hosted by the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
The proposed project consists of replacing and restoring the façade of the Little Building (80 Boylston St.) as well as interior renovations on floors 2 to 12 and the construction of a new 13th floor located behind a 14'4 parapet. The project will add 294 new beds to building.
