Wow....the Europeans are sooooooooooooooooooooooooo ahead of us. I mean, it's not like their trains breakdown or anything.

Yes, because as we all know this breakdown set back Europe permanently to the Dark Ages. Their trains will never run again and they will stare in awe at our awesome Acela as it crawls through the New London Historic District at 25mph and then stalls while the Norwalk lifting bridge gets set back into place because a yacht was passing through.
