New warehouse for an unnamed "e-commerce customer":

So we're going from a warehouse to a warehouse... but 'cleaner' and with rooftop parking. At nearly a quarter million square feet, I feel like any industrial warehouse with footprints this large (whether new or redevelopment) should be required to install rooftop solar. The warehouses south of this all have solar--this one shouldn't be any different. Especially given the retirement of the Exelon power plant in coming years.
