Looks like both these projects are now nearing completion. With these two buildings, the streetwall for Burbank Street is now completely infilled.

Interesting that the building on the right has windows where it would normally be a brick party wall. How narrow is that passage? Are there windows on the new structure that look out on the passage? (I won't even call it an alley because it just looks so narrow.)

All along the east side of Hemenway from Westland to Haviland, there is a double wide sort of pedestrian service alley. Popular for trash/recycling containers and drug use.

Fenway CDC Wins Approval for Queensberry St. Development​

“Fenway CDC has won approval for a 100% affordable multifamily project at 112-114 Queensberry Street in Fenway. The 6-story project will offer 24 residential, all income-restricted at 30 percent AMI or 60 percent AMI with 3 units set aside for formerly homeless individuals and families.”

Berklee Planning Renovations to Vacant Fenway Office​

“Berklee has leased the existing 3-story, 40K SF square feet building at 1249 Boylston Street. The building is vacant but recently was used for ground floor retail uses, with the remainder of the space used by Brigham and Women’s Hospital as offices. Renovations are proposed to convert all three floors of the building, plus the basement level, into academic space with 1,800 ± square feet of the ground floor space also used for retail use.”
