Virtually nothing. 72 Burbank Street had always previously been vacant, while 58 Burbank Street had been home to a plain one-story store built in 1915.What did those replace?
All along the east side of Hemenway from Westland to Haviland, there is a double wide sort of pedestrian service alley. Popular for trash/recycling containers and drug use.Interesting that the building on the right has windows where it would normally be a brick party wall. How narrow is that passage? Are there windows on the new structure that look out on the passage? (I won't even call it an alley because it just looks so narrow.)
