The first of 86 refurbished Green Line trolleys is returning to revenue service.
The trolleys which were originally manufactured by Kinki in Osaka, Japan had gone on for about 2-1/2 decades without being rebuilt, have shown tremendous sign of were & tear, as well as roof corrosion, rusting and in dire need of a fresh paint job.
It DOES look shiny & brand new now.
