Fitchburg Line Extension

Blue Line to MGH, tunnel and reuse the existing Storrow Drive tunnels for a route to Charlesgate, replace Storrow with a modern concrete elevated highway with extended parkland underneath, hook the Blue Line into a new tunnel under the Muddy River and Commonwealth Avenue to Kenmore, then take over the D line. This idea would also allow the most disruptive ramps at the Bowker Overpass to be removed and allow BU to have riverfront access under the highway.
