Flynns Auto Salvage | Sullivan Square

I saw that Flynn’s was sold earlier this summer and couldn’t believe what they paid for it. Interesting that they think these parcels can support 600 units...seriously ?
Anyone have the latest Sullivan sq redesign ? It’s been in planning phase for like 10 years and now no one even knows where it stands.
 
25% plans for the redesign should soon be or have recently been submitted to massDOT.

the planning process has been more than 10 years. Im surprised the parcels in/around Sullivan werent sold long ago as the general concept plan has been kicking around for years (the last change being back to the smaller/shorter tunnels but that didnt impact any of the private parcels, just BPDA owned land).

page 5 isnt totally accurate for the roadway design any longer, but it shows the city and state owned parcels (except the MBTA bus yard). lots of the industrial parcels around those that will be positively impacted as well.
 
Used to run on Mystic Ave to get up to Assembly. That is a weird lot including a creepy derelict house, glad to see movement.
