Just a pilot for now to exploit *World Cup Fever*, but if it works, it would mean the implementation of Bourbon Street (as in New Orleans) and Broadway Street (as in Nashville) style public consumption of alcohol. It seems like there are some fairly obvious candidates in urban Boston for this implementation, but I'm interested to hear others' takes [if there are any]
