Glad that corner is being built up. Architecturally it complements the Homewood suites on the other side. Just surprised not to see an additional floor on this small parcel.

I'd recon the utility easements under the old Foster street stub delayed development of this parcel. Glad it's not shirking away from the square like the Homewood Suites do.

Yes, they applied for street removal and I saw some utility companies did some work earlier this year
