It sucks that the Hancock Tower observation deck isn't ever going to reopen. (beating a dead horse, I know)

The black band on the 58th floor (the tuned mass dampers floor) has been looking awfully shabby for a while now. Hopefully management/owners enact a refresh sooner than later.
