I’m also worried that this could have a terrible domino affect stretching down HP Ave. In the sense that the previously approved project probably gave confidence to the developers across the street that they could rely on a neighborhood transformation. You're absolutely right about the importance of this lot, the outcome here might affect much more than one project.

*Strongly agree* with this take. There's tons of demand for self storage, too, given housing shortages.
