I think everyone (except Menino) realizes that the BRA has become more or less a disaster, but is giving the community more input really the answer? It seems to me that the community gets ample opportunity to make it's feelings known, and all it's led us to a minority voice of neighborhood BANANAs having outsized power. Isn't the real issue that Boston zoning regulations make absolutely no sense what so ever? McCrea claims he's a developer. Shouldn't he be at least a little hipper to the situation than the Ned Flahertys of the world?
