damn. I never realized just how bad off the T was financially. I am all for all green line expansion and red blue connector, but after reading this, i am realy not sure if it is in the best intrest of the T to go ahead with any construction besides keeping everything up.
The starkest realization of this hit me when the report said:
"A private sector firm faced with this mountain of red ink would likely fold or seek bankruptcy."
(sorry for starting a new thread, but i couldn't find any other thread this realy fit into)
