innovative firms in Boston

I am a (Dutch) scholar doing research on the Boston and Rotterdam architecture cluster. I'm conducting research on the innovative power of these clusters. Regarding this research, I would like your opinion on this question: Which are the most innovative Boston based firms?

Well, Office dA has been getting quite of press lately, as has Carlos Zapata. There's also Moshe Safdie, who has his office in Somerville, but he hasn't been doing anything particularly innovative in a while. Those are just a few off the top of my head
