I was wondering if there are any IRA murals in Boston? I am writing a paper on the Murals of Northern Ireland, and was wondering if there were/are any in Boston. I thought i read something sometime ago that there were a few examples.

Thanks.

This one in Southie is the only one that I know of (not exactly IRA, but I get the sense this is the sort of thing you're looking for):

Much more common around here are the mysterious "36 + 6 = 1" bumper stickers, the six referring to the counties of Ulster and the one referring to a united Ireland.

Was just by this mural last night. It is still up and has definitely been retouched recently. If you're ever in the neighborhood stop by Croke Park, a classic South Boston Irish dive bar. There's even some Republican graffiti on the walls.

Apologies for the shitty photo.
