I sent an admin email about this, but never got a response (no worries). I was trying to log in from another computer, and I've forgotten my password* but the reset email never seemed to arrive. I have emails from archBoston in my inbox so I don't think it's that I have my email set incorrectly. Might be worth checking out to make sure it's working.
*I can still log in on this computer because it's... cached, or something I guess? It's not saved in my PW manager.
