ISQ3 | 22 Drydock Avenue | Seaport

People def overestimate what can be done there given the proxmimity to Logan and maybe even zoning. That building has to be close to the FAA limits.
Height =/= a good project. This is bad urbanism--the site plan is weird and there is way too much surface area devoted to loading. Even in the marine park, which is industrial, it could be way better

As of 11/16/23 Demo completed and site prep well underway.

Looks like they are doing remediation of an underground tank or similar.

“The NPC proposes the construction of a pedestrian bridge connecting the third floor of ISQ2 to the third floor of ISQ3 over Northern Avenue, providing a weather-protected, efficient, safe passageway for laboratory staff and employees to transport materials between the buildings’ facilities. The NPC Project includes approximately 1,440 square feet of new construction with minimum clearance height of approximately 32.5 feet over all portions of Northern Avenue and a minimum clearance height of approximately 33.75 feet over the Northern Avenue cartway itself, for truck traffic.”
