Gee, I'm getting that sinking feeling or did someone forget to report last weeks East Cambridge earth quake. (?) Not to worry, I hear the Gorilla Glue is on it's way.

Most posts in this thread sourced from East Cambridge Infills and Small Developments. Giving them a new home because this is a BIG, multi-phased project.

Surprised it's not taller given the location. That had to be extremely expensive land to acquire.

Not only that parcel B is not taller (parcel D is only 2 stories, WTH!) all of the open space and surface parking lots must account for half of the total site area of all 4 parcels combined. Land here is almost priceless but grass lawns and unicorn grazing meadows are still considered by Cambridge to be a highest and best use in so many areas.
