You ever see a correction in Cambridge real estate? Commercial or residential.
This was probably one of the best investments if you bought something in the late 80's.
Honestly Cambridge Commercial Real Estate is more a square foot than Boston.
Riff -- you can narrow it down further -- Kendall is far more in demand than Harvard or Central or any other part of Cambridge
Rightnow -- the old adage about location translates into closeness to MIT -- and that applies whether you are:
a recent MIT spin-off; or a foreign giant such as Novartis, Sanofi, Schlumberger or Mitsubishi; or US tech rock-stars Google, Amazon, or Facebook; or pharma heavies such as Pfizer and Baxter; or the "Cream of the Crop" such as Microsoft, IBM and GE
They are all competing to be within walking distance of a seminar at MIT
