Leverett Circle Pedestrian Bridge

Here's how I would fix Leverett Circle. Make it a 2 phase traffic light cycle (yellow and black arrows) by making the NB Storrow to Craigie Bridge traffic go up Martha Road then on Nashua Street and back to Craigie Bridge. A bit of a detour perhaps, but it would enable the 2 cycle traffic light, Also some roadway reconfiguration needed as shown:

The need another statie for the other side of the viaduct. Cars exiting the highway and trying to get onto Nashua headed toward Obrien always block the box and prevent cars coming from further back on Nashua from going forward. Perhaps lights would fix this but until they do this is one case where more detail would be welcomed.

I hate that in Boston in particular, gridlock is just allowed. We need aggressive enforcement! In New York, you'd get a huge ticked for blocking the box... riverway and Brookline ave, another horrendous example of this.
