They've been pouring A LOT of concrete the past couple weeks. There was a string of cement trucks lined up going into the site at one point.

Vertical construction has begun for the extension.

Steel is now going up, the first floor appears to be in place.

And a head's up: the right lane of Lincoln St. (heading downtown) is now blocked off and closed. Not great during rush hours.
