I didn't specify housing. However, I think the best place for people who need services is near those services not on an island a half hour away from an ER. Millions were spent every year on ambulances taking people on and off the island, it was a huge waste of resources.

Not the last step, but great progress. Shame on the Quincy-ites who tried and are still trying to stop this. Rebuilding the bridge and reopening the treatment center on Long Island is the single biggest thing we can do for the homeless and addiction crisis in our city. Just build it!
