I wonder why the second core hasn't begin to rise yet. Anyone know, some sort of phasing, I guess?

They say they are still working on the foundations on that side which kinda makes sense because they did start excavation over there much later due to the need to realign the onramp first. That crane went up only fairly recently too compared to the other crane

Parcel 15 plus that hideous old parking garage SHOULD equal Boston's tallest at about 1000'... nice setbacks along Boylston leading up to a unique-looking tallest tower just seems like a no-brainer.
